DTDC Franchisee Consent Authorization

Version 1.0 — Effective July 2, 2026

1. Parties
This Consent Authorization is entered into between Astra Digital Solutions (the developer and operator of FRX-One software) and the undersigned DTDC Franchisee ("Franchisee").

2. Authorization Scope
The Franchisee authorizes FRX-One to access, store, and use DTDC materials and resources for operations automation, including DTDC branding, FR portal links, and portal credentials.

3. Data Handling & Security
Credentials stored encrypted on the Franchisee's local device. Not shared with third parties. Audit logs maintained.

4. Scope of Operations
Authorized operations: DTDC tracking sync, docket booking, report downloading, and other courier business operations.

5. Liability & Compliance
Franchisee remains responsible for DTDC compliance. Astra Digital Solutions acts as authorized agent. Franchisee confirms authority to grant this authorization.

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I authorize FRX-One to use my DTDC logo and branding for docket labels and customer-facing outputs I authorize FRX-One to access my DTDC FR (Field Relations) portal links I authorize FRX-One to store and use my DTDC portal login credentials I authorize FRX-One to perform automated DTDC tracking sync on my behalf I authorize FRX-One to perform docket booking and consignment operations on my behalf
